SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping Policy
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Shipping is a flat fee of £2.50 and we currently only ship to England. If the products are in stock orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. For items that are not in stock, processing times will be as stated on the product information page. We use Royal Mail as our choice of delivery service, and you can expect in-stock items be delivered within 5 working days. We also aim to deliver all items in one shipment. Return & Exchange Policy
We want to ensure that all our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you wish to return or exchange a product, please email us within 30 days of delivery. We respond promptly with simple instructions on how to complete the return process.
If an item is personalised with information that has been provided, please be aware that we can not accept returns unless it is faulty or misdescribed upon arrival if so please contact us as soon as posable. Cancellations with full refund will only be available up to 24 hours after the order has been placed.
