SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping Policy
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Shipping is a flat fee of £2.50 and we currently ship to mainland UK. If the products are in stock orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. For items that are not in stock, processing times will be as stated on the product information page. We use Royal Mail as our choice of delivery service, and you can expect in-stock items be delivered within 5 working days. We also aim to deliver all items in one shipment. Return & Exchange Policy
We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please email us within 7 days of delivery. We will respond promptly with clear instructions on how to complete the return process.
Please note that all products are photographed at the point of dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, we may ask you to provide photographic evidence so that we can raise a claim with our courier.
Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been made correctly using the information provided at the time of ordering. However, if a personalised item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellations with a full refund are available within 24 hours of placing your order, provided production has not already started.
